DDS ACQUIRES ASSETS OF AIR FREIGHT
We are pleased to
announce that on September 22nd, 2007 DDS acquired the assets
of Air Freight Delivery Service, Inc. (dba All Freight Delivery
Service). This expands the operation of DDS into the truckload arena
and greatly enhances its ability to serve more customers and new
industries.
According to Rich
Augustine, President of DDS, “The pace of change continues to
accelerate, being pushed by opportunities and technology. DDS continues
to be on the leading edge of that change because we continue to reinvent
ourselves.
That combination,
coupled with equipment and technology investments, will create our

The asset purchase
of All Freight Delivery will provide the synergies that will enable DDS
